Nasty person.

Never received my order. And person at location told me too bad. Threatened me he would call the cops if I complained again. I have never been treated so horribly. And I have still been charged $22.00 and never ew iced a single bite.

User's recommendation: Never go to Jersey Mikes. Horrible management.

Manager was rude and basically told me old people don't matter.

Never received order and manager was rude and threatened me if I complained any more. He said it is what it is and to accept that.

Wrong order which made me sick

I ordered at Jersey Mikes. At first they put the wrong condiments on my order and had to remake it. When they remade it they put mayonnaise on it which makes me very sick. I took a bite without checking my food and got sick. They dont seem to listen when the customer is ordering

The manager trying to keep my check from me

The Manger is talking about I owe her money because she let me borrow some money from the store she chance my last check to a paper check then talking about I owe her 260 in she not giving me my check because of the reason

Customer Sercice

You cant put an order in over the phone and give them a card number when you have your child standing there who is hungry and wants something to eat. They say use the website. Well that takes forever to maneuver through by then its to late and its time for dinner. Your customer service is horrible. Not everything is about a website and ordering online. Why dont you humanize your customer service not only in person but over a phone and not depend on a Fricken website.

Unclean Environment

Went into the Palm Springs store today 5/5/2022, ordered a small cheesesteak sandwich and the whole crew went on a cleaning and dusting rampage. I walked out. Cleaning is not the thing to do during business hours. Where did you get this manager? He or she needs to go. How discussing.

Problem at store

I came into the Jersey Mikes Sub shop today about 5:30 and ordered two giant Philly Cheese Steaks, my total came to $34.02. I asked the Supervisor for mayonnaise on the roll. When the steaks were done, I was standing and watching the cook place the steaks on the rolls....

Owner name of glenway crossing

I made a complaint Aprili second about the bigoted manager at the Glenway Crossing store in Cincinnati ohio. Did anyone look at the video? She barred me from the store because SHE messed up my clearly made order.dki

Manager is very rude

I decided to quit because not only did I hurt myself, the manager doesnt seem to care. I try to get my check, and I made a mistake by sending her the routing number of my whole check stubs to another job however you dont speak to your customers, employees, you dont speak to people in general the way she spoke to me, my own daughter doesnt speak to me like that. I am 43 years old and I will not let 21 year old speak to me in a Curtis anyway.

I was charged twice and you employee was extremely rude
