Store not answering, need refund.

I went into your Pomona/Phillips ranch store with my son. I told them We were dining in. As there were other unmasked customers eating there. I was asked if I had a mask by an employee. I told her I did not but would wear one if I was given one. She saidd you are okay. Then as she was about to make my son and my sandwiches the manager (Oscar) he asked if we were dining in I said yes he said you have an *** and I said no I have it in my other vehicle but I will wear one if you give me one he said no Im gonna have to ask you to leave I said theres other people in the store not wearing masks He said again Im gonna ask you to leave store/phi

Customer visit.
I was at the Jersey Mike's in Wilton ny on Wednesday sept.8th at approximately noon time. The women who was working was there alone. She had the best attitude for a line to the door and working on online orders. I think she should atleast get a pat on the back. She didnt complain once and was clean and very professional. My sandwich was awesome. Just a great job. Hope she gets some recognition.
User's recommendation: Go to wilton instead of amsterdam. Way better service and product.

Extreme Rudeness from Manager Jordin Vinson
This was my first time visiting a Jersey Mikes and I was extremely disappointed in the poor service, impatient behavior and rudeness I experienced. More importantly, this behavior was displayed by the manager, Jordan Vinson. As I was trying to determine what I wanted on my sub, she was rushing me through the line. Additionally, she charged me for an extra sub that I did not order. To make matters worse, as I was trying to explain to her the fact the I did not order the sub, she basically told me that I was lying. I promise to never visit or recommend that Jersey Mikes ever again. wisely....dine your business.

Ensure the manager is trained on how to properly interact with customers, particularly customers who may be new to Jersey Mikes and is not thorough familiar with the menu.
Bad customer service
My complaint had to do with poor attitudes and no customer service. I entered this establishment and not one employee greeted me. There were about five people working.. After a few minutes I caught the attention of one employee and felt like I was bothering him. His response to my complaint was , "anyway " as to change the subject. I said that's no way to respond to a customer. So I walked out and he said bye in a sarcastic manner!I have yet to receive a response from Jersy Mike.

Bad customer service
I went into the store. There was one order already finished in front of me and one behind. A male associate asked what wanted then proceeded to slice meat and relay what I wanted to the upset young lady next to him. She asked me about my condiments. I clearly stated I wanted pepper relish on half of my large turkey, and just a drop of my reg tuna. She covered the tuna in peppers, I corrected her. She caught an attitude, and throw the bread away angrily. I repeated it and the guy next to her asked the issue and she nastily said to him, "THAT'S NOT WHAT SHE SAID!" As I was not standing there.

Isabell was HORRIBLE!!! Extremely RUDE!!! Had her co-worker holding her back because she was trying to come at me more then once as she was yelling at me. I waited for over an hour after calling in my order in which I was told it was a 30 min wait. As I was leaving this young lady proceeded to taunt me telling me make sure you come again really soon and make sure you call my manager to tell them how great I did. She did this all in front of many other customers along with my children!!! I have NEVER been treated like that before any where EVER!!! The other two young men that were working were extremely helpful and apologetic for the long wait and the behavior of their co-worker. ID

Every year I frequent Jersey Mike's as I am a member of their email club. I have been receiving a regular sub and a drink on my birthday; however, today I was told that you only get a regular sub with birthday shore points. Location: JMF2 ID

Jersey Mikes in Franklin Park, IL is the absolute worst location Ive ever seen. Every time Ive gone there Ive waited close to 30 minutes and the employees always have extreme attitudes. The man making the sandwich literally sighed and rolled his eyes when I asked for two sandwiches to be made. Then the chick at the register had the nerve to stare me down as I walked out of the store to the point I could feel her eyes, looked back and asked, why are you looking at me like that? Im extremely dissatisfied and will never go there again.dissatisfied

Why would you work for them if they have no clue as to what they are doing. After your childish rant and complaint why would they hire you. You will just cause trouble and find fault with everything they are doing.
