Complaint about store manager Ryan

Manager Ryan was using curse works while customers were in the store and the never gave me my points. She told me I had to pay for my order first and my points would register. After Ryan was using curse words he said he called me and would give me my points. As a matter of fact he said he would double them because of the language he was using while customers were in the store. Also,Friday was my birthday and did not receive an email with my birthday sub. Please correct this situation and email the results of how you plan on correcting this as I will not go into the Hoboken store again.!!!!!

Cannot order to go.

Only can order today if you eat inside or pay for delivery, cannot pickup? Great way to run a business, NOT. Heading to subway, they way know they right way to run a buniness. Should have known better lol I guess not to go orders is "Mike's Way" lolGo elsewhere.

Terrible customer service

DoI went to the Jersey Mikes in Las Vegas the one in the plaza of the south outlet mall and I waited 30 min for my sandwich. 6 people who ordered after me got their food (hot and cold sandwiches). I asked the lady at the cashier what is going on and she brushed me off and said we have a lot of orders coming in. When I told her 6 people behind me got their food she dismissed me. When I finally did get my sandwich it was soggy. This was a terrible experience with terrible customer service.

My self and my partner had issues with separate orders last week, both delivery from the same location. Neither of us have heard anything regarding our complaints. My order was missing items and his was not delivered at all.

This Jersey Mike's was fanatical about mask enforcement. Telling you how to put it on, and screaming at you across the store to wear it. Customers sitting down were not required to wear, as if the virus would pass them over because they were siting. This is not even CA...

Customer service complaint not being addressed by franchise owner

They never picked up. No return call from local franchisee, which was why I tried to contact corporate. I guess companies just don't give a flying fazoozie anymore...not that they have cared for many years anyway. 910 297 **** I'm easy to reach

To notify persons in charge of delivery service

Since having major back surgery recently, I like to have food delivered once in awhile. I ordered a club sandwich and was pleased that it arrived sooner than expected. However, when I unwrapped it, it was wet and soggy and lacking a couple of ingredients. Plus, the bun was smaller than expected. Unfortunately, my introduction to Jersey Mikes subs was a big disappointment, Certainly, not worth the cost!
