Unless you return the food you are not entitled to a full refund. I would not want to deal with childish adults like you anyway if I worked there. if you cannot be patient stay at home.

She was not rude, you do need to be patient. If you are impatient, stay at home and make your own food.

It seems like you were rude and they wanted to get rid of you. They would like their jobs if they did not have to deal with childish adults such as yourself.

Did not cook my sandwich the way I asked for it an when I called about it they only offered me a 10% off of my next order. That was a $18 dollar sandwich and to only want to offer me 10% is a slap in

Didnt get my sandwich the way I asked for it. I spent $18 dollar on a sandwich that was not right, an they only want to offer me 10% off of my next visit. They didnt hesitate to take my money though. Its just not fair to me cause I dont have money like that just hanging around. They could have at least offered me another sandwich on my next visit.

I live in Georgia, however on the 26th and 28th February, my phone number was used multiple times to place orders for Free Giant sandwiches. I spoke to the manager of the store and they kindly advised me to ask customer support how I could put a pin on my number so that it can stop being used. I lost quite a few points and would like to try and fix the situation before my number gets used again. Dealing with this matter with a sense of urgency would be greatly appreciated. If I could get my points back, that would be greatly appreciated.

Owner manager disrespect

So , never in my 55 years of life have I ever been so embarrassed or mortified . Jersey mikes in Beverly in Shaws plaza.. just asked us never to go in there again because there is consistent complaints of subs being incorrect , and getting reimbursement or a free sub. Seriously ???? So after I explainedto her that Im a nurse , a good honest person , make plenty of Money to afford a *** in sub , and maybe she should have a chat with her workers before putting someone else in this position , and she should be ashamed of herself . DO NOT SHOP HERE ! literally mortified

ordered 2 giant steak and chhese subs on white bread drive 15 mins to pick up subs get home they put them on wheat bread as the ran out of white bread not happy at all spending 22 dollars and not being able to eat it i hate wheat bread

Upgrade of a store needed in Rehoboth Beach Delaware on coastal highway

Nothing happened, the store is just very very small the counter where the subs are made its just very small only if you were being made at a time. All the rest of the Jersey Mikes Ive been in there waiting on 4 or 5 customers at a time and youre in an out. This Jersey Mikes is so small in Rehoboth Beach Delaware which is considered a resort area on coastal highway the lines are always backed up. This store needs to be upgraded. Thank you if you want to contact me my phone number is 302-604-****. Have a great day and looking forward to the Seaford Delaware store opening so I dont have to ride 35 minutes to get a sub.
