We had a order placed for 1:15p pickup. On Feb 12th, Order number 732-223-**** NJ.

We arrived at 1:20p with no order ready. I asked a lady upon my arrival and she mentioned they are working on it. I waited 45 min with no response. Finally a young man came to the pick up section.

I asked him how much longer. He went to the system and informed me that my order was stolen. The Manager was extremely stressed with an attitude. Her comment repeatedly was " we are very busy I need you to be patient." NO real customer service, just attitude and eye rolling.

After waiting another 30 min, he threw our food in to the bag and handed the order to my husband. "Here you go, you can leave now." This location is very popular in no way should a customer be treated this way and in no way should staff act like this in front of customers. If it takes 15 minutes to make one sandwich your staff should be better trained and if a manager is that disappointed with her staff....

in no way should she take it out in customers. So disappointing!

User's recommendation: Don't go ! The price comes with bad attitude and service.

Monetary Loss: $62.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Unless you return the food you are not entitled to a full refund. I would not want to deal with childish adults like you anyway if I worked there. if you cannot be patient stay at home.
