I purchased 2 giant #11"s at around 11:15am to serve for dinner at 5pm the same day. The bread was horribly overbaked and hard to the point of crumbling from dryness.

I called the store I received it from and they told me they could not guarantee freshness!!!!!!! Since I was without my car I could not go there to return these unedible subs. But the response was they could not guarantee freshness. I have purchased many subs from Jersey Mike's and they were even fresh the next day...….what is up with this???

They would rather lose a customer than to exercise good customer service. So just remember Jersey Mike's that word of mouth goes a very long way....you need to learn what good customer service is.

Preferred solution: i wanted the subs....bad quality they should be replaced.
