I spent $49.26 on 2 subs. We specifically told.rhem.what we wanted, confirmed it twice. I paid multiple charges for extra and get home and it nothing that I asked for. They charged me 2.95 for 1 slice of extra turkey, 1..75 for extra cheese, 5 for extra meat and cheese. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no extra onions, no extra mayo, no oil and then added bacon which I never asked for. I'm addition I AM ALLERG8C TO BACON!!Called ro complain and the woman said corparate was there and road her how to make it. Was rude then hung up the phone when I asked forher name. I went right back to the store and requested my money back. Took pictures and video of the incident and food and will dispute with my bank. Never had this experience in jersey Mike's and I go all the time!! If I have an allergic reaction, I will be sueing jersey Mike's and that employee.employee amber Steed

They do not put bacon on the sandwich, and when you complain, they say that bacon is limited! And if you order Xtra, it's the same bacon game. No bacon. Where is the bacon. There should be a higher standard to keep the meat ratio equally divided into the sandwich, and also, it is not a cheap sandwich, so you are also overpaying for less meat!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The regional manager supposedly issued a full refund for my order… I have yet to see it come through on my banking.

She also said she was going to send me two coupon cards for free sandwiches… I’ve also yet to receive these.

I spoke with her over a week ago. Nothing.

absolutely inappropriate behavior by employees, inexplicable, wait times Standing in line for 42 minutes of a one hour, lunch break, deplorable conditions, while making food, disgustingly wrapped sandwich And thats just the start of it. People were walking in canceling there to go orders because they were an hour behind. I have never in my life experienced in anything like this one trying to get fast food Were talking sandwiches here. Absolutely unacceptable on all counts!! I couldnt even eat what I purchased, because it was sopping wet. I was also overcharged and no one ever called me back when I complained. I will never eat at Jersey Mikes again! What a joke! And I will continue to call and complain!!!

I went into your store on 12 mile and mound, Warren MI. There was a young man who took my order and cashed me out on 6/14. I left to my next destination and realized that the man didn't give me my $8. Once I realized that I called to the restaurant and explained to him that he didn't give me my money. His words was I realized that you left your money and I tried to catch you but you was gone. He than said I can give you a free sub or you can come back up here to get your money. I told him that I'm too far away from there. So just put a credit in for me next time. That was the end of that conversation. A couple of days ago I called up there to see if my credit was still in place. The man whi answered the phone said let me get my manager. The manager got in the phone and I explained to her what was going on. So she placed me on hold to check. We'll she thought that she did but i heard every word that she was telling the man. The manager there is very disrespectful and rude. Then when she cane back to the phone I explained to her that I heard every rude thing she said about me. Her response was ok now that you heard me, I'm going let you talk to the district manager. Once I was transferred to him he said that unfortunately I can't do nothing for me. I asked him is there anyway that you can check your register record and see if the balance off. He than said they don't keep logs of that. Which seems unreal. But he keep saying there is nothing I can do for you. All I wanted was my credit or just give me my money that I'm rightfully entitled to to. I had included a picture of the call I made that day.

This is about the CLT location inside the airport. I love the food and its honestly one of the healthier options here. This location is great.. when the can serve costomers. Multiple times a month the staff has to shut down due to staffing. This should not be a regular problem and needs to be fixed, or replace the store with a company that can deliver.

I was traveling on September 23,2023 in the Charlotte North Carolina Airport, went to Jersey Mikes for a sandwich. While on line for 20 minutes to place my order, and another 15 minutes to receive my order not once did I see any employee use the slicer to slice any meats or cheeses. I was very disappointed with the sandwich once I finally received it. Jersey Mikes on Long Island, NY always slices the meats/cheese when you're at their stores, and your TV commercials advertise freshly sliced meats/cheese. Again was very disappointed, thought you should know.

Went to this location and ordered two club subs after standing there waiting like 10 minutes to order while one person made door dash and carry out orders! Not one time did anyone say they were out of bacon. When our subs were about to be wrapped, the sandwich maker tells us they are out of bacon and they added extra meat on the subs. My fiancé then asks if they can put some bacon on the grill, being a cook he knows it only takes a few minutes to make! The manager named DJ not only refused to make bacon for our subs but told him to get the *** out of his store or he was gonna call the cops for us trespassing. Is it because we are white that we got this treatment? It sure seemed like it! This is horrible customer service and Jersey Mikes should be ashamed of a worker with such a bad attitude working for them! The customer is always right and deserves to eat what they ordered! We will never go to this location again and deserve some kind of compensation for this horrible treatment! We ordered and went to the location in Birmingham for pick-up and got great customer service there!

I went in person to place my order, I told the girl that was taking my order, that I want it Mikes way but no onions, & no tomatoes, but I still want the oil & the vinegar, & if she can add some pickles & yellow peppers, so she didnt make it Mikes way cus she forgot the vinegar & oil, I call to speak to the manager but she said since I didnt want onions or tomatoes, that its not mikes way no more I thought mikes way is the vinegar & the oil so, Im so upset cus I thought the meaning of Mikes way was the oil & the vinegar with the spices, she did Ofer a refund for one sandwich but what I was trying to say was that, the next time they should know mikes way is the vinegar & the oil with the spices not the onions & tomatoes.
