Cursed out, and kicked out of one of your stores
Tried to order a mini sub at Jersey Mikes,357 RTE.25A, Rocky Point N.Y. store, and the manager, or owner told me I need to stand under the Order Here sign.
I told him I didnt see the sign, and he asked me how that was possible, theyre everywhere. I said never mind about the sub, I didnt realize it was a problem, and he kept repeating,you have to be under the sign.I said I dont appreciate the way your treating me, and he said good, get the *** out of the store.

I walked in to obtain my mobile order & there were multiple bags so I checked the names and grabbed what was obviously labeled my name. I was not greeted or addressed by any of the staff, which is fine, but when I grabbed my order and started to leave a staff member did address me to ask if the order I took was mine, specific wording was "ma'am, is that your order?".
This may see like a small issue, but if customers are going to be accused of possibly taking the wrong order than this location shouldn't accept online orders. I do not appreciate being asked that in general, but also while there were other customers in there. That is embarrassing and slightly humiliating. I have ordered online before at this location and at others and this has never happened.
If staff are greeting everyone this way, it needs addressed. And if I was the only customer greeted this way I would hate to assume this was a discriminatory act on the staff member and on this location. This event occurred on 1-3-26 around 8:30pm. The situation revolved around a mobile order.
I submitted an online complaint to the franchise owner of store 26006 and did not hear a single word about the situation. I find it incredibly distasteful that Jersey Mikes offers a space to submit issues, no matter how big or small, and allows customers to feel like their concerns are being heard when in turn they get ignored.

I was at the Glustad, Ms. Location last week.
I order clue sub on tortilla wrap, the problem was only one employee is trained to wrap. After the first employee mess up the manger try to fix up by double wrapping it. I didnt want it double wrap.
So can you please train all the employees on how to wrap the sub at Glustad Ms and Madison Ms. Thank u

Eventually the franchise owner reached out and corrected the mistake, but only after submitting tickets through corporate.They will correct any issues but you have to chase them down it's not great.The online website is corporateIt's fulfilled by Doordash but they don't process the transactionsThe local franchise is who is on the hook for the issue.Fortunately I got a good store manager eventually, but you shouldn't have to fight this fight for common delivery issues.
The driver showed up with the sandwiches and not the soda. Instead of a normal restaurant that is set up to handle mistakes, I called the store, who told me to call DoorDash because that's who fulfilled it. When I called DoorDash, I got a rude customer service agent who refused to help me and forwarded me to Jersey Mike's corporate, who had no option to deal with missing items in the order. Don't use this service.
Just like any delivery service, there is no guarantee they will get your order right, but unlike other delivery services, when they screw up, everyone points the finger at each other and nobody is jumping to help the customer.

Don't waste your time since it appears that the company doesn't care.
Called to make some comments on multiple problems encountered at store 6035, one of which I will include in this message along with a question. I noticed while I was eating (in the restaurant) that the knife used to slice the subs was never wiped or cleaned during my entire stay. Would this be a health standard violation (possible cross-contamination)? I want you to understand that I have no desire for compensation for the other problems encountered, but I was concerned enough about this one to file a complaint.
Typically I would just write it off and not go to the restaurant again. If this is a health problem, please let the restaurant 6035 know to avoid any sickness to its customers.

We ordered and paid for it to be delivered and they give it to the wrong delivery person our delivery guy or girl was there and seen him do it and then we wanted a refund or it to be remade and delivered and they refuse to do either one so I called the cops because all they did was Rob me they charged us almost $50 for nothing I did not get one speck of food and they would not remake or refund it to me that's robbing somebody you just got mugged that's what I thought
They ripped us off they charged the credit card over $40 and we got no food they refused to remake it or give us credit back . They thought lies with the Jersey Mike's worker for handing the wrong order to a doordash driver and it lies with doordash because they did not verify the order they picked up.
We blame Jersey Mike's because we ordered on their website and they refuse to remake the food or refund us. And now we've spent the whole lunch hour trying to get food and we don't get to eat today we're calling the better Business bureau

They ripped us off. They charged the credit card over $40, and we got no food.
They refused to remake it or give us credit back.
We ordered from their website, and they used a DoorDash driver, and when the driver got there, they had already given our food to the wrong driver. It was totally Jersey Mike's fault, please.

The new guy a heavy overweight guy
To make it simple, he had no idea apparently of how to prep and cook grilled sandwich.
Son was very polite saying nothing we aired 25 long minutes for his grilled chicken sandwich was done 24 minutes

Ive noticed a constant employee turnover I understand the problem Im a publishing company owner I grew up in north Jersey so I feel committed.

Pay 20 bucks for a giant sub. I don't know what planet Jersey Mike's Subs thinks that their giant subs are giant; they are not. It's just a giant price for a regular sub!

I I asked specifically to the driver do not put my food on the concrete, hand it to me in my hand. My food was placed on the concrete.
Driver said he was too busy to hand it to me. At least that was the text that I received called store store stated there was no manager on duty got managers phone number left voicemail. No return phone call. I am not going to eat food that has been lifted off of the ground.
I want a refund and that driver does not need a tip. Please give me a call back 831-206-****.
I am throwing this product in the trash and probably will not be a return customer. This is the second time in a row not going for a third.

I emailed Mike's Subs "Customer Support" again and they still haven't replied back... Nor have I heard from the store they said they forwarded my info to TWICE.
I honestly feel that their customer support is a waste of money. They don't do anything there except "forward" your information and complaint to the store.
Why even have a support team when no support is being done? AND at the same time, ignore the root cause of the issue to just pass the responsibility onto another party/department.
3 times I ordered online via the app, 2 times via a delivery service app, and both ways I didn't get what I asked for.
I ordered once in person (before using the Jersey Mikes app or Uber/DoorDash) and it was perfect. So logically, THEY CANNOT READ OR DON'T CARE TO READ THE ORDERS THAT ARE COMING IN ELECTRONICALLY. They probably figure that you placed it online and you're not there to say anything, and you most likely won't come back to complain.
Also, I contacted customer support after this ongoing issue (for the 1st time ever because I just reached a point of 'why am I spending all this money and not getting what I'm paying for?'). Well...
THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING THE SERVICE PART FOR THE CUSTOMERS.
All I got was a 'Sorry, but you have to deal with the individual store. I forwarded your information' BUT NO ONE HAS EVER CONTACTED ME AT ALL. IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW... NOTHING.
Customer service basically said 'Not our problem' and sent my info over and NEVER received a call, text, email, or anything.
Almost $20 per sandwich, and this is the treatment I get???
NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR HEADACHE!!! THEY'RE HORRIBLE!!!

Preferred solution: Apologize (because this isn't the 1st or even 4th time this has happened), refund my meal at this point, and implement changes to prevent future occurances.

Great service. Friendly and helpful.
Good flavor but very wimpy on the amount of meat in the sub and steak. Not worth the money and not as advertised on TV. I am from the north and steaks and subs are never this wimpy.
Now let me mention how hard it is to reach customer service just to give constructive feedback. What a hassle.
