Great service. Friendly and helpful.
Good flavor but very wimpy on the amount of meat in the sub and steak. Not worth the money and not as advertised on TV. I am from the north and steaks and subs are never this wimpy.
Now let me mention how hard it is to reach customer service just to give constructive feedback. What a hassle.

Verified ReviewerOverpriced, You Most Likely Wont Get What You Ordered if Placed Online
Unless you go in person, they'll most likely get your sandwich wrong. They DO NOT pay attention to the order, they DO NOT care, and they DO NOT even attempt to act like you're a valued customer.
3 times I ordered online via the app, 2 times via a delivery service app, and both ways I didn't get what I asked for.
I ordered once in person (before using the Jersey Mikes app or Uber/DoorDash) and it was perfect. So logically, THEY CANNOT READ OR DON'T CARE TO READ THE ORDERS THAT ARE COMING IN ELECTRONICALLY. They probably figure that you placed it online and you're not there to say anything, and you most likely won't come back to complain.
Also, I contacted customer support after this ongoing issue (for the 1st time ever because I just reached a point of 'why am I spending all this money and not getting what I'm paying for?'). Well...
THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS LACKING THE SERVICE PART FOR THE CUSTOMERS.
All I got was a 'Sorry, but you have to deal with the individual store. I forwarded your information' BUT NO ONE HAS EVER CONTACTED ME AT ALL. IT'S BEEN 2 WEEKS NOW... NOTHING.
Customer service basically said 'Not our problem' and sent my info over and NEVER received a call, text, email, or anything.
Almost $20 per sandwich, and this is the treatment I get???
NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR HEADACHE!!! THEY'RE HORRIBLE!!!

Preferred solution: Apologize (because this isn't the 1st or even 4th time this has happened), refund my meal at this point, and implement changes to prevent future occurances.

Im curious if yall would be interested in mobile advertising. I live in Columbia Missouri and am a student at the University of Missouri, we get lots of human traffic on game days for football, and I work at the Jersey mikes at 1101 Grindstone pkwy.
Ive worked at Jersey mikes for a total of 1 year 7 months and would love to spread the word. I drive a 2016 audi a3 and would be interested in getting paid to have jersey mikes decals or roof advertisements for some sort of payment if that is something yall do

I recently tried Jersey Mike's for the first time when a friend ordered us some, and I absolutely loved the food. While picking up the order, I saw multiple decals saying that you get a free sub when you download the app, create an account, and place an order.
So the other night, I did just that. The advertisements were still up when I picked up my order, but I never received the free sub in my rewards in the app. OK, no big deal, I figured that I could just reach out to customer service and get it fixed. How wrong I was for thinking that.
Instead, I exchanged emails with a person who was less helpful and understanding than an autobot. She did nothing other than waste my time and greatly increase my frustration. What began as nothing more than a very minor inconvenience escalated to the point where I will never order anything from Jersey Mike's ever again because of the responses from the so-called customer service specialist.
I hate Subway's food, but I would go there before ever going to Jersey Mike's. Thanks, Sabrina C., I hope every customer service agent you encounter treats you the same way you treat customers.

very unhappy with an order I placed via Uber Eats, and Jersey Mikes in Morehead Minnesota said they would give me a refund, and they have yet to do so
not only that, but I was promised a full refund of $58 from the manager named Andrew, and have been working on this for five months straight.
I placed a couple of calls about a week or so ago, and literally, the lady who answered the phone screamed in my ear so loudly, I had to remove the phone for my face. I have a hard time believing that employees like that would be hired.
no one has called me, no one has even tried to help me find a resolution, they all just blame it on Uber Eats.
And the manager told me that he would return the original amount of $58 to my original payment method. He said I did not need to worry about going through Uber Eats.

My wife and I came in on 10/15/2024 at 7:20 pm, and the three workers were sitting on the counter and vaping. One looked right at us and didn't even say, 'Hello, how can we help you?' So, we left and went somewhere else.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They just added points to my rewards which amounted to the price of the sub we didn't get. Good enough.
The company reimbursed the money I spent on a sub I did not get. My roommate went to purchase subs on her birthday for us with money I gave her.
The sub was made wrong. My roommate tried to get it right but the jersey Mike's employee would not remake it without her paying again. Words were exchanged, he laughed at her and she threw it at him.
In short that's all I know and I filed the complaint. Jersey Mike's responded quickly and I had points added to my rewards which covered the sub I did not get.

Charged wrongly
We ordered 2 mini subs and was charged for 2 regular subs. Called to speak to store manager and was told I would get a call back after 10 pm.
That did not happen. My husband goes about once a wk. To jersey Mike's. Do not deserve this treatment.
Poor customer service and a good way to lose a regular customer.
We are senior citizens and live on fixed budget. Very very disappointing.

I recently filed two complaints. One with the San Bernardino County Health Department and the other with State of California Consumer Affairs concerning my recent visit to Jersey Mike's Subs.
Job situation
I was let go on a phone call from manager and I need to get in contact with Hr or who I need to speak with about this situation because I have no write ups about being late but Im just getting fired out of any where.This is not fair and not how things should be done! This is a hate crime cause Im gay

I choked on a chicken bone while eating a sub from Jersey Mikes and had to go to the hospital after coughing up blood. Now, I have cuts in my throat from the bone going down, as well as part of the bone fragments came up when I threw up after the bone was lodged in my throat.
