I went into Jersey mikes today at telegraph and square lake road in Michigan, I ordered a big kahuna , my one and only favorite add mayo and cherry peppers on the side , i don't order no other sandwiches but that one , I get home mouth watering open it the steak is dried cheese not melted and it didn't half the toppings that comes on it, and to make things worst it wasn't hot at all , i was pissed and couldn't eat it cause it tasted old, not a happy person right now , i won't be going to no Jersey mikes anytime soon or ever smh !!

Bad manager

I went into the jersey mikes in king george va about 2 weeks go and MR.SHANE was awful!! He yells at his employees, throughs things at them, belittles them in front of other customers, etc. I dont know how a person can do this to kids let alone women. They will never be able to keep anyone there if this continues. The staff otherwise was great but they have to get rid of SHANE!

I've never had an easy time ordering from JM web site, who uses a captcha to order fast food and one that doesn't work most times.. I've gone to other places after the frustration of using their web site and said screw em their loss

User's recommendation: go in person to the store but bring coupons.

Pissed.

They screwed up my order and then gave me coupons for a free sandwich. When I went to get the free sandwich they screwed that up too! NEVER AGAIN will I eat at this place with its inept employees!!

Dirty restraunt

Meet slicer is very dirty with lots of old meet stuck to slicer, asked employee to wipe it down before he slices my meet, employee refused so last resort I posted on Facebook and advised health department, To resolve this I want to have a call back from owner in kingman az

Bad food and phone for local store does not work

Terrible Sub and local Jersey Mikes phone does not work I spend a lot of money there but guess I will be going to Firehouse now

Incomplete and rude customer service

Friends wood shop owes us debbi and norm Gultz one more free largest size Italian sub . They only gave us one. We did not argue but waited to handle it as we are now. The sandwiches were totally wrong . Would love a replacement ASAP and preferably from another location.we live in Alvin and travel to get your subs frequently. 512-872-****.

Complaint how I was treated

I placed an online order for curbside pickup at 12:58 p.m. May 7th.The order said it would be ready by 1:13 p.m. I showed up at 1:14 p.m. waited outside for about 25 minutes before I went into the store waited another 10 minutes in store and was still told my order was not ready. The cashier who helped me with also very rude. I asked for a refund st that point. The manager never even came to the counter. Just sent a different cashier up to say it would be 24 hours to get a refund.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The Location Manager called the same day the complaint was registered and apologized for the error of judgement by her team.

She sent three free sandwich cards with request to give them another try.

I have used 1 of the 3 and the service was as expected, quick and accurate. Good job by the manager to address the situation quickly and I will return to Jersey Mikes for future meals..

Arrived at 8:35 PM to order a Grilled Sandwich and was told that the grill is always shut down at 8:30 PM and no grilled sandwiches are made at any of the locations after 30 minutes before closing. Location - 18340 Yorba Linda Blvd, Yorba Linda Ca. 92886 On average, I purchase 2 sandwiches per week at this location and walked as I don't think I was told the truth about shutting the grill down 30 minutes before closing. I have been wanting to try them for awhile

.I ordered on line and after check out I noticed it had pick up and I wanted delivery. I called them and spoke to the manager ERIC the manager and he refunded the order and said to order again. The same thing happened so I called back at spoke to ERIC again and he was very polite and made it an easy transaction. Actually he delivered it him self. He really went out of his way to satisfy me and that's what a manager suppose to do. Also the sandwich I ordered was excellent! I defintely would order again!

Employee complaint

Was in Ormond Beach, Fla store on 4-14-21 at lunch time and had the nastiest person I've met, by the name of Desiree (general manager) insult me by grabbing my order from me and telling me she would not accept any more corporate BOGO coupons for sub after i had used same coupon at that store several times in recent past. She then went on to throw the order in the trash in front of me! SHE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY FOR REPRESENTING JERSEY MIKE'S LIKE THIS.....PERIOD!

Was not satisfied with my order

I go there often but every time I do this is what happens. 1 i order #17 Philly cheese steak no peppers no onions mayo on both bunns not toasted. This is what get either it has onions/ no peppers and no mayo and bread was toasted. Or peppers/onions no mayo. I order the same thing every time I go into one of your stores and that is #17 no peppers no onions heavy mayo bread not toasted the only time my order changes is when my wife is with me then I dospecify what I want on each sandwich and never fails my sandwich is always f__ up pardon my French. That's why I'm pissed off because my order is so simply anyone should be able to get it right. Thanks another pissed off customer!!!

Went into Sub Store and order a sandwich with works and waited as two more customers ordered and received their subs before me. Then when my sub came rolled up in the bag was given to me (calling me sir) I stated it was suppose be be with the works and he said that I was to request that when ordered. I told him I did and he then said well he didn't write it down and took sandwiich and slopped the ingredients onto the sandwich(have a picture)( again calling me sir). I am a female and said to him Madam that is when he continued to call me sir. Never gave me a receipt for my order. I am a Black female.

Your Ad on windows 10 freezes on my screen then buffers then freezes

When I'm playing a game Microsoft has gotten greedy and jams ads in between games which play in a 10 to 15 second window fine. All except yours which takes 15 minutes to download and play.
